First thing I have to mention is Pidion! He was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure I was completely taken care of. He even went above and beyond by personally removing the stubborn bugs from the front of my car after I went through the wash. It was such a thoughtful extra touch and really showed how much he cares about the customer experience. The entire experience was great, but Pidion’s exceptional service really stood out to me. It’s not often you come across someone who is this attentive and willing to go the extra mile. Definitely deserves recognition!

Had the pleasure of going to get my car wash today here and let me tell ya, the manager Pidion got everything running smoother than a smoothie. My car has never been cleaner and that's coming from a certified country boy. My truck is usually covered in mud so thick i gotta use a chisel. yet whistle express got it lookin straight out the lot. plus the customer service was fantastic. the manager Pidion gave me a fantastic service recommendation and was overall just a real standup guy. thank you whistle express you got yourself a new customer, and i'll be recommending it to all the boys back home!

Car is actually more streaked and windows smeared than before the wash. Worst $13 car wash ive ever paid for. Over 50 percent of the vacuums dont work

The attendants were very nice and professional. The overall wash satisfaction was not. Spoke with the manager on duty who listened to my concern and reassured me that I could get a re-wash. I opted out and left thank you for offering.

I literally just got the car wash for over $20 (no receipt), drove about 2 miles from this Hurstbourne and Taylorsville location to home, and noticed the back of my car, which doesn’t look like it’s been through a wash. I was already trying to figure how to justify a 20 dollar car wash to my husband who swears by doing it yourself. I want my money back.
